Newest first. Contested records sit in the list rather than out of it, superseded attempts stay where they were issued, and a level at the floor is published beside a level at the top.
Every credential the contract has written, and a credential is written on finality: once the validators have reached the same level independently and matched it exactly. A submission that splits them ends UNDETERMINED and writes nothing, so the count above is a count of agreements rather than of attempts. That is the number a rubric author can act on, and it is why the distribution below is the part worth reading rather than the total.
